Flower Stand Drop-Off Guidelines

Flower stand drop-off hours: June 5, 2021, 12:00–15:00

*Please be sure to use a florist that offers a pickup service, and arrange for them to collect the flowers after the show.

When your flowers or other arrangements are delivered to the venue on the day of the show, you’ll need to check in with on-site staff and pay a 500-yuan deposit.

Your deposit will be refunded once the flowers have been collected after the show.

Due to venue restrictions, flower stands for this event must not exceed 235 cm (H) / 155 cm (L) / 145 cm (W) / 1,000 kg

Flower stand drop-off contact number: 15961957159 (reachable only from 12:00 to 15:00 on the day of the show)

Flowers must be delivered to the venue’s designated area during the drop-off window. Anything arriving outside that window will not be accepted.

For this event, the sender must be present in person to sign for their flowers.

Neither the venue nor the organizer can sign on your behalf, and flowers with no one to sign for them will be sent straight back.

Gift Drop-Off Guidelines

Please hand in gifts at the gift registration desk outside the hall (look for the signs).

Gift drop-off hours: June 5, 2021, 12:00–19:00

Please attach a note to the gift wrapping that clearly states which performer the gift is for.

*Please do not send any of the following items

1. Living things (except bouquets and flower stands)

2. Valuables (gold bars, jewelry, etc.)

3. Medicine, drinks, food, etc. (including all kinds of food, ingredients, condiments, etc.)

4. Cash (including vouchers and the like) or fixed assets, contracts, agreements, etc.

5. Liquids (including cosmetics, perfume, body wash, etc.)

6. Underwear and other intimate apparel

7. Hazardous items (anything that could explode or start a fire, knives, etc.)

8. Used items

9. Plush toys, pillows, cushions, and similar items (anything with an inner layer)

10. Storage media (memory cards, hard drives, CDs, DVDs, Blu-ray discs, etc.)

11. Items containing metal that would have to be taken apart to see inside (clocks and watches, music boxes, electrical appliances, etc.)

12. Anything a performer couldn’t carry home alone (heavy items, etc.)
